Advanced Parole I-13

In some cases, parole allows the applicant to leave and re-enter the United States.

It requires having an open case within Immigration, such as TPS, DACA, and, in some cases, the concurrent process of adjustment of status. Parole is a benefit that could be used as legal re-entry and may allow having a residency procedure without leaving the United States, through the citizen spouse or citizen children over 21 years of age.
