Fiancé K Visa

This process is divided into two parts:

·      The application within the United States,

·      The interview with the US embassy consul at the bride's or groom's country of origin.

The visa allows the bride or groom to enter the United States. The couple will have 90 days to marry. After the legal marriage, they will be able to submit the corresponding applications to obtain residency in the United States without having to leave the country.
