Parole Request

An alien who voluntarily arrives at a United States port of entry and is placed in immigration detention may qualify for parole release and thus continue their case while released. In a parole request, the assigned Deportation Officer will evaluate the following: criminal history, immigration history, and the family ties the immigrant has in the United States.
